Campaigning sites:-
The Muck and Brass blog http://muckandbrass.blogspot.com/ an excellent blog dealing with issues in the town of Somerton in Somerset.
St Neots blog http://snrednek.blogspot.com/ another excellent blog highlighting issues local to St Neots in Cambridgeshire.
The Hemingway Bear Garden blog http://hemingbroughbeargarden.blogspot.com/ may be amusingly named but the topic is anything but. Unfortunately one tends to see the same problems cropping up in other town and parish councils.
The Carmarthenshire Planning blog http://carmarthenplanning.blogspot.com/ a blog dealing with really worrying issues with the planning process in Carmarthenshire
Crewkerne Town Council Stinks http://www.crewkernetowncouncilstinks.com/ a website with associated guestbook dealing with issues in Crewkerne in Somerset. Again familiar problems with local democracy.
Cardinham is a parish in Cornwall. This site http://www.cardinhamparishexposed.co.uk/ gives further proof that there needs to be better regulation of councils at the Town/Parish level.

* This was Lydford Parish Council's new website. It was set up in February 2009 to help comply with freedom of information legislation. The site contained interesting and useful information and was a significant step forward. Unfortunately it seems that it is no longer being kept up to date although some of the information may still be of use.
